My pleasure and excitement from being awarded an MBE was slightly marred by the thought of buying clothes for what I consider an awkward figure. I dislike clothes shopping and put it off as long as possible until Jo said, "We'll dress you". Even that sounded daunting but I need not have worried. I was treated to an array of clothes I would never have considered but within an hour, dress, shoes and fascinator were found. I have had so many compliments and have to thank Retail Therapy for making my day!
