In Store Trading Policy
Retail Therapy (SW) Ltd In Store Trading Policy
Goods may be exchanged or credited (in store credit note) within seven calendar days of purchase and must be returned in perfect and unworn condition, along with the sales receipt and with the tags fully in tact.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Retail Therapy does not give refunds.
Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
Hats, fascinators, hatinators, lingerie, jewellery, glasses and sunglasses are non-returnable unless faulty.
Goods labelled “Sold as Seen” are non-returnable, where any imperfection is clearly shown and pointed out to the customer.
Credit notes are valid for twelve weeks from the date of issue. It is not Retail Therapy’s responsibility to honour lost credit notes.
Retail Therapy’s employees are not permitted to enter into any variation or argument with regard to our trading policy. If a customer disputes this policy the issue must be taken up with Proprietors, whose details are available upon request.
