• I just wanted to thank you again for the tremendous help you gave me in choosing an outfit for my son's wedding. I'm not a "formal" dresser" at all and it all seemed so daunting to me but you managed to make it fun. The outfit was skilfully altered and the hat amended to match,with extra feathers being inserted. Then to crown it all you managed to get the shoes dyed in extra quick time and back for the wedding last Saturday. I felt amazing in the outfit and had many compliments. In fact, I felt so good in it, that I didn't even bother to change for the evening do,as I had planned but continued with the same dress. My heartfelt thanks to you all.

• My pleasure and excitement from being awarded an MBE was slightly marred by the thought of buying clothes for what I consider an awkward figure. I dislike clothes shopping and put it off as long as possible until Jo said, "We'll dress you". Even that sounded daunting but I need not have worried. I was treated to an array of clothes I would never have considered but within an hour, dress, shoes and fascinator were found. I have had so many compliments and have to thank Retail Therapy for making my day!

• I have been a regular customer of Retail Therapy for a few years now. In the past, I have purchased outfits from RT for special events such as garden parties, fundraising events and my daughters wedding. With the thought of finding a Mother of the Groom outfit, I visited Retail Therapy’s specialist wedding shop in Taunton, with my dear friend Julia (Wedding Shop – 01823 277100). The manager Caroline dressed me in a fabulous John Charles outfit, I found her experience and expertise invaluable. My outfit needed some altering and the in house dressmaker was able to take my outfit “in” and even placed rosettes on my hat for the total look. My husband was really thrilled with my appearance and said I was “a real stunner”! I received many compliments and positive comments about my outfit on my son wedding day. This was all made possible by my purchase at Retail Therapy and especially by Caroline with her many years of expertise. A big thank you to all concerned and I will certainly be visiting Retail Therapy again and again. One very satisfied customer.

• I would like to submit a testimonial on the wonderful caring service I received recently at your Taunton branch. I am shortly going to a large and very posh wedding in London and I didn't have a suitable outfit. I was amazed at how many lovely and varied types of outfits I was encouraged to try on. I was made to feel very special and practical unbiased advice was given by the assistant who spent a considerable amount of time to help me choose the outfit that was not only right for the occasion but right for me and my budget also. I think her name was Anne, but sadly as it was a few weeks ago, I am not quite sure now. I would like to pass on my personal thanks again to her. I would recommend your services to anyone.
