It’s hard to believe that the ancient town of Castle Cary isn’t a village as it has such a cosy and intimate feel. You’ll find it hard to resist the charm of the picture postcard buildings scattered with galleries, antique shops, delis and boutiques.

Retail Therapy sits proudly at the top of the hill, watching over the gentle pace of locals and cosmopolitan visitors. Castle Cary was the first shop Jo Southcombe opened so feels particularly special to us all at Retail Therapy.

The light and spacious store is managed by Carole Anstee who joined us earlier this year with an impressive retail based CV. Castle Cary has a particularly good seamstress close at hand to alter anything from a quick hem to a major remodelling project.
Carole and her staff, all local Cary girls, offer a warm welcome.
